The hotel is a fine hotel, but to make my stay a very pleasant experience was the hotel personnel. Extremely helpful and welcoming, they have supported me with a smile whenever i asked for help.

The room looks pretty and spacious. You can literally pay the same amount as APA hotels but you het more space here.

Location was really good. We found a halal restaurant just 100 - 150 meter away. Very near to subway.

Located close to Sendai station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

the location is pretty much the only thing I can say is good about this hotel as a property. The staff are pleasant and working hard to make sure customers are taken care of
